1) Personal Shopper/Marketer (Female Preferred)
Veggie Concept, a leading agro inputs and farm solutions vendor in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Shopper/Marketer for its Ibadan store. This performance-based role combines customer service, logistics, and marketing responsibilities to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely delivery of goods, and active promotion of Veggie Concept’s products. The ideal candidate will have marketing experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of agriculture is desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Process and fulfill customer orders placed via the Veggie Concept website.
- Purchase agro inputs and farm solutions from vendors as per customer requirements.
- Package and dispatch goods to customers across various destinations in Nigeria using commercial buses or other reliable transport systems.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service
- Assist customers in navigating the website, selecting products, and completing their orders.
- Provide personalized shopping support to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
Marketing and Customer Acquisition
- Actively market Veggie Concept’s agro inputs and farm solutions to attract new customers.
- Source and onboard new customers through outreach, networking, and promotional activities.
- Promote the company’s products via in-person engagements, social media, and other marketing channels.
Database Management
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customers, including contact details, order history, and preferences.
- Keep up to date price list of all products
- Use customer data to identify opportunities for repeat business and personalized marketing.
Performance Monitoring
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to sales, customer acquisition, and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and delivery performance to the Store Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND), NCE or equivalent..
Experience
- Proven experience as a marketer, preferably in retail, agriculture, or a related industry (1-2 years).
- Experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or customer service is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and deliveries.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for order processing, customer database management, and marketing (e.g., CRM software, social media platforms).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Basic negotiation skills for sourcing products from vendors.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of agriculture or agro inputs is desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with local transportation systems (commercial buses) and logistics in Nigeria.

Working Conditions
- Location: Based in Veggie Concept’s Ibadan store, with occasional travel to vendors or transport hubs.
- Work Hours: Full-time, with flexibility required to meet delivery schedules and customer demands.
- Performance-Based: Compensation and incentives tied to sales targets, customer acquisition, and delivery performance.
Salary – N60,000 – N80,000 Monthly plus performance oriented pay if targets are met and surpassed.

2) Storekeeper/Store Assistant (Female Only) - Ibadan Store
Responsibilities
- Selling products to customers
- Attending to customers’ queries and problems
- Ensuring payments are received from customers before the release of goods
- Helping in delivering of goods to customers, this may involve visiting motorparks to send goods to customers
- Receive materials into Store after checking with delivery notes alongside the corresponding Purchase Order (PO).
- Maintain proper record of receipts, issue and balance of all items.
- Issue from the stores, in line with proper authorization, in right quantity and right specification at all time.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Prevent unauthorized person entry into the stores.
- Keeping the store environment clean and neat.
- Attending to other duties as assigned to you by the manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of WASC / SSCE or OND/NCE in a relevant field and at least 1 year of storekeeping or similar experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.

- The vacancy is strictly for candidates residing at Dugbe, Ibadan and its environs
- A female is preferred
- The candidate should have good written and communication skills
- Possession of a smart phone is a must. Candidate should be skillful in the use of WhatsApp application
- Excellent store-keeping skills;
- Be ready to resume immediately.
Salary – N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly
